Hello all. I'm still not quite sure how to navigate this site, but I'm learning. So guess what... after 7ish years of trying, I scored OPRAH TICKETS. Yup that's right. I'm going to Oprah. I will be in Chicago for a wedding next weekend, and it worked out perfectly that the tickets that were available were for Tuesday the day after labor day. So I changed my flight to a later one. I had planned to go by myself, but then I posted my luck on another site and one of the moms who lives 10 minutes from Harpo Studios offered to be my tour guide so I'm meeting up with her and she's going with me. Then when I told my friends here in NY that I got tickets, 2 of them begged me to go so now they are flying out to meet me. This will be really fun!
