Ever seen "The Secret"? I haven't, but I heard it's a lot like "What The Bleep Do We Know?" in that it deals with quantum physics and the way our thoughts effect our world.
I've been loosing about 7lbs a week for the last 7 months. At first, I just told myself that I was going to loose weight and it just dropped off me like it knew it was no longer wanted. When I discovered that I had mysteriously lost 40-odd pounds in 6 months, I decided to kick it up a notch and actually DO something that might induce weight loss. So I started carrying around a bottle of filtered water all the time. I filter mine at home and reuse my bottle, but any way you can get toxin-free water to drink will do. Then I began drinking V8 Fusion (allergic to the artificial colorings in the other types of V8), about 8oz in the morning, and 8oz in the afternoon, or whenever I start to feel a little snacky-hungry.
I eat regularly, and what I want, same as I used to, but I've stopped skipping breakfast entirely, opting instead to have a good breakfast of protein and whole grains that can satisfy my hunger for hours as well as keep me energized. I fry my eggs in pure butter. Artificial and over processed foods are bad for you, and that includes margarine. I also don't cook food in the microwave.
That's really the most of what I have done. I make sure my foods are whole foods, I eat breakfast, drink juices and plenty of water, and do what I like. I still haven't started exercising any, but I might sometime.
I have invented a fabulous vitamin-herb supplement mix for dieters as well, and I took it for a few weeks about three months before I just told myself I was going to loose weight. It works great too, I just don't really enjoy popping pills all day, no matter how good they are for me, or how much they can increase my weight loss success. I do take my ginkgo though. Getting the nutrients you are eating to all the parts of your body more efficiently is vital for overall good health.
Something about adding quantum physics to your diet regime really does the trick, but don't forget the juice and a healthy breakfast. wink
