Over the years, as a hypnotherapist I have put together a few relaxation recordings. This is one of 2 that is available with paid membership at www.smart-parenting.com. (The other is at bedtime to "Sleep Deep and awaken at the correct time.) Find a quiet place - do not do it while driving or operating machinery - and just let your self follow the suggestions. It runs around 17 minutes, the reason for this time length is to give people the opportunity for a 'power nap' - if you go much longer than 30 minutes physiological changes in the body, shift the blood flow from the brain to the intestines, thus giving you a groggy feeling if you go too much longer. Besides, grabbing 20 minutes for a power nap can be difficult enough. I'm making it free for the Cre8Buzz members. Please let me know what you think of it.
