We finally got some rain!

All day yesterday, looks like all day today and the rest of the week.

The creek in our back yard that has been dried up for weeks has water in it again! The Drought isn't over, but it's nice to have a bit of rain.

It can rain all it wants for the next week -- but please, not next Wednesday!

I was just sitting here wondering what to post about and reading other blogs, when I popped over to find out how Her Bad Mother is feeling (yucky morning sickness!).

Today Sam had his class field trip to the Pumpkin Patch.

It was a fun morning. We went to a local YMCA Day Camp where the kids learned about Colonial Toys (and did a craft), we heard a story about Colonial Children and what their life was like and we got to go on a tractor ride to a little pumpkin patch to pick out a small pumpkin.
