I would like to see a master list of Ohio bloggers! I know there are a bunch of us.

I have never done a meme. NEVER. I insist on telling you that it's not because I don't enjoy the tags. It goes back to elementary school gym class...it's nice to get picked. But truly, I'm JUST NOT THAT INTERESTING. So, in order to compromise and honor Piper's tag, I will do the meme here on my cre8buzz blog, and spare my readers at Momo Fali's from my boringness.

Six (or seven?) Random Things About Me

1) I had my first alcoholic drink when I was eight years old. It was served to me by a group of much older cousins who were supposed to be babysitting, but threw a party instead. Now that I have a daughter that age, I want to beat my cousins over the head with a baseball bat for being such morons.

2) I'm tall...5'10" to be exact. I had my biggest growth spurt in the 7th grade, when I went from 5'2" to 5'9" in the span of the school year. Dances that year were really fun, with the boys coming up to my chest and all.

3) I worked three jobs to put myself through college so I wouldn't have to take out a loan.

4) I once scammed my parents into paying for my plane fare to Europe, under the guise of wanting to backpack through France, Germany and England. I did backpack through those countries, but the only reason I REALLY wanted to go to Europe was to see the Grateful Dead. I saw them play in Paris and London, and went to so many Dead shows back in the U.S. that I've lost count. Maybe 100? You'd never know it by looking at me though. If there's such a thing as a conservative hippie, that's me.

5) I love to run, but I have asthma. I'm always afraid people are going to call 911 when they see me running down the street all out of breath and red-faced.

6) I eat some form of chocolate every day. That would be the reason I need to run so much.

7) I have a goal to see all 50 states in my lifetime. I have a long way to go. So far, the count is at 23.

Okay, there! I did it. Piper, you better be happy!

I am noticing, with increasing frequency, that I have trouble loading pages from fellow bloggers who use Blogger. (Is that redundant?) Anyway, is this the case with everyone who clicks on a Blogger page, or is it just when Blogger users look at other Blogger blogs?

For instance, if you're a Wordpress user does it take forever for a Blogger site to load? My computer freezes up about 50% of the time I look at a Blogger blog...but, I'm a Blogger blogger so I don't know if that's the problem or not.

Me thinks I've said Blogger blogger too many times and have just confused everyone. Let's hope you're sober if you're reading this.

I MUST tell you home-schooling Moms and Dads, that you have to be the most supportive, creative, and PATIENT human-beings on this earth. I know there are quite a few of you here. I've been reading your blogs with awe. The most frustrating tasks I've ever had before me were teaching my kids something new. Potty-training, bike-riding, reading...and today's debacle...needlepoint!! What was I thinking?!

Truly, I CAN NOT get off this site. Not all, but MOST of the blogs I was reading before I came here are so BORING to me now. Why haven't I found all these talented, amazing bloggers before this? My husband is coming home tonight from a trip with his Dad, and just what am I supposed to do? You know I'll want to sneak away to read more of your stuff or see more of your photos. I'm hooked!
