Well, it is somewhere between the Willow House and the Phoenix Art Museum on the south side of McDowell. There is a lot of these murals along there. The Willow House is definitely worth a stop. My wife and I just walked from one to the other and back taking pictures. So between 3rd Avenue and Central on McDowell.
