I have lived and worked in the Denver Metro area for the last 10 years. I have been actively fixing and flipping homes in the Washington Park/ Platt Park/ Harvard Gulch Park area over the last 7 years. I have an extensive knowledge of the older homes in the Denver area and what can and cannot be done with them, including zoning problems and the variance process for adding onto homes.

I grew up in Laconia, NH, a town nestled in the Lakes Region at the base of the White Mountains in NH. I went to college in Ohio and later lived in Charlotte, NC before moving to Denver.

I graduated from Miami University in Oxford, OH with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Human Geography- the study of why people locate where they do, human demographics, and urban development.

I am an avid golfer, skier, and sports enthusiast and my wife and I love to travel. We recently travelled around the country visiting 43 of the 50 states. I have also visited Thailand, Germany, Russia, Lithuania, Finland, and French Polynesia.
