...as we sell our 'dream house' and become renters.

Not exactly our dream house; it once was, I thought. But it's become an albatross around our financial necks...thankfully we've also made other discoveries during the nearly five years we've lived here that made us realize this wasn't our forever house.

But that's not why we are selling. We can't afford it. It sucks to be our age and not enjoying the financial security we should be, especially considering our income.
