i'm new here. just a novice blogger trying to branch out a bit into the blogoshpere. i write everyday about my attempts and questions regarding "going green."

i live in northern california and have 2 young children. i'm busy doing the typical mom-type things, but also trying to sort out all the daily decisions i'm faced with, like which dishwasher soap is safer? does cleaning with natural products work as well? are plastics dangerous? what toys are not from china, anyway? you get the idea.

i'm no expert. i'm actually a pretty tired, over-extended person. but i do all the research so you don't have to. us moms have to stick together!
