It's that time of the year when the holidays start blurring together and I go into high Event Planner gear.
This Thursday is Turkey Day, we've been invited to friends house who are making Chicken. Is anyone else out there having a non-traditional type of Thanksgiving meal as well?

That evening I am going to make a Turkey Roast because my husband wants to see SOME turkey on his plate on this hallowed day.

But to me it's not about what I'm eating, it's spending time with good friends and family and for being thankful for what I have.
