...And as if you didn't think I was strange already here's further proof: I don't get headaches, I don't have hangovers, and I don't bruise. Okay I CAN bruise, but it takes a major impact. That is why the dog's name is not my wife's nickname. I never have any proof! (I know... that was bad)

One of our new neighbors told me that the last owners of our house used to purchase over $1,000 worth of fireworks and put on a subdivision display. Almost everyone in the neighborhood would bring over their lawn chairs and adult beverages and stay up past 2am. This was a sophisticated group with spies positioned at the subdivision entrance looking out for police. I found that interesting since the house was in foreclosure. I apologized for not breaking the law (that sounds strange). Hey, at least I make my mortgage payments!

Well leave it up to the law to ruin the fun! Did you catch the newest Tim Hawkins vids? I had a good laugh this morning picking them out. Thought you might enjoy them. The 3.5 hours of sleep last night is catching up with me. Catch ya bright & early tomorrow!

I'm sitting here on my truck with a half dozen kids waiting for the parking lot to empty up. We just saw an incredibly mediocre fireworks display. I miss the small town display right above you. The ones where if you don't pay attention some of the smoldering ashes will fall in your lap. At least this year I got to be with my family. Last year we had just bought the new house and I stayed home to get the old house listed & sold. I was also taking the following week off for CUMCITO. I missed the trip. I didn't sell the house. This year was much better!
