I am a 50-something SAHM who, in a former life, worked as a rock journalist, a music video programmer, a TV production assistant and a sitcom writer. In fact, I once toyed with naming my blog "I USED to be Interesting," but I settled for what I am now, which is a SoCal (as in Southern California) Mom. Since 2003, I have blogged a few stories from my previous lives, but mostly ones from this one -- the PTA-filled, child and husband centered, Starbucks-sipping, housework-hating existence I pretty much enjoy today.
