Do any of you know where I can score a free, LEGAL, copy of Microsoft Word?

My new laptop came with all the bells and whistles that I need... but it doesn't have a word processing program as near as I can tell.

OK, quit laughing now... I'd answer your questions about combat shooting if you asked me... really.

No... not THAT kind of rehab... I'm talking about my knee!

Do any of you exercise gurus have any advice about how and when to start working out again? I don't mean now, of course, I mean in 3 weeks, when I am 6 weeks out from my surgery.

I have to get busy, because NOT working out is really starting to bother me.

Is it me, or is this site easier to use than Facebook?

I like Facebook... but this, to me, with my meager skill set is not only easier, but more fun.

Can you give me the benefit of your expertise, please?

I currently blog from home (and work), but with more and more commitments, I think I need a laptop set-up so that I can blog on the road, etc...

I was at Best Buy the other night, and there were some computers, small lap tops that were under 500 dollars. I don't know if that is a good deal... beyond the low price, that is.

Note that I won't really use this computer for anythin beoynd blogging, email, and some 'net surfing.

Someone tell me what I should get, knowing that my needs are few.
