Proverbs 3: 27-28
Do not withhold good from those who deserve it
when it is in your power to act

Do not say to your neighbor, "Come back later; I'll give it tomorrow" --
when you now have it with you

These verses are just the best advice! Good words to live by too - to do good for whoever deserves it - and to do it now - when you have anything that you can do. How many times do we have the thought.....but then just don't do it? I did that just yesterday - I had my Proverb for the day all ready....had the thought....but didn't follow through. I hope that they do some good - but who knows who missed out on it yesterday?

The second one reinforces the first - not only should we do good - we should not put it off til its more 'convenient' - cause ya know what? It will never be convenient - more than right now - so go ahead - and then you have the joy of having done something for someone else....and that's a very good feeling!
