So this morning as I was taking Super Z to school he says, "Mom, is it hard for you to put on your seat belt?"
I fight through the sleepies that are fogging my brain and making conversation difficult and say, "No."
He is undeterred by my legnthy response.
"Is it hard because your belly is too big?"
Wow, nice.
"Z, it hurts people's feelings when you talk about their big bellys," I explained.
"Mom, I am just worried about you.," he said sweetly.
What the crap? When did my son turn into my Mom?

That's hilarious. Kids are so darm helpful aren't they? They're honesty and their natural sense of humour always helps me see what's up. If only MY mother had the tact Super Z. :)

Oh no. Now I'm worried my daughter will turn into my Mom. One of them is enough!

It's almost as scary for the kids to turn into your mom as it is to find yourself turning into her. Too funny!
