Okay, peeps, help me out on this one: How to I get enough buzz going to generate some invites so I can get more cool friends here?

I wrote this on my regular blog, but here's some buzzzzz about my old house. It's a 4 bdrm, 1.5 bath 107 year old foursquare with Victorian detailing. We bought it, loved it and spruced it up.

And now it is for sale.
