For those who wonder what I've been up to recently. I launched a new blog called "The Electric Car Blog" locted at http://zapyx.com. It's a website that takes a look at all the Electric Vehicles out there. I try to stay away from hyrbids. For now I'm starting with reviewing the companies, but in the near future have some test drives planned.

On a side note, for those with a blog, or several blogs. Don't you find it tough to update your profile here at Cre8Buzz when you have blogs to update? When I have something to say, I say it on my blog and hate to retype it here. I enjoy seeing people's profile pages, but hate having to update mine.

For a few weeks now I've been back on my diet. This makes almost a full year I've been dieting. I was great for 6 months and lost like 60 pounds. Then came Christmas and New Years and all that holiday weight gain. The cold weather also made it hard to exercise.

In March I was hospitalized for a few weeks and really lost weight lying in bed. Like 20 pounds more! Then when I got out I was so hungry I regained that 20 pounds.

If I lose another 80 pounds I will be thinner than when I graduated highschool. Lucky me, I still have my old clothes buried in some closet somewhere. Can't wait to see myself in my old "The Clash - The only band that matters" T-shirt.

I live in a wealthy section of N.J., though far from wealthy myself. The stuff people throw out on my block is better than most of the used stuff on eBay. Come nightfall, my wife and I sneak out of the house with a wagon and a flashlight, and collect all the perfectly good, almost new items. We do it at night just in case someone put something to the curb for a friend to pick up.

Tonight we got two oak wall units. One about 5 feet tall and one 6 feet tall. Not a scratch on them and all the glass intact. I'm a garbage picker and proud of it.

Just like in the movies, I was driving down the street, went to step on the gas, and my foot went right to the floor. In typical hollywood fashion I stomped on the pedal a few times and nothing.

Luckily I was going slow enough that I only went through one stop sign at slow speed, made the turn, and pulled over to the curb. I drove home making sure to avoid any downhill streets.

Tomorrow, I'll have to take the car to a shop and figure out how I suddenly lost all my break fluid. Possibly an enemy cut my lines? More likely it's the result of having a new clutch installed and the guy not hooking things back up properly.
