The hungry look in his eyes was animalistic. She could see he wanted to tear her up which both excited and scared her. She wasn’t quite sure where this would lead. They went into it with no promises. There was only one way to find out as he began to devour her with his kisses.

Every once in awhile, my husband's work sends out a health newsletter. There have been some really great tips in it. This month's issue has something that I think is important to get out there...the warning signs of a stroke.

Symptoms of Stroke:

*Sudden confusion or trouble speaking
*Numbness or weakness of the face, arms, legs, especially on one side.
*Sudden trouble seeing
*Sudden trouble walking
*Dizziness or loss of balance

• Severe headache with no known cause.

A stroke is the third leading cause of death in the U.S. If you know the signs, you can act immediately. Getting help quickly can save brain tissue and decrease long-term damage.

I keep wondering if 'social' is the right 'buzz' category to put myself under. Do I make a switch and lose what high rankings I have? Guess it really doesn't matter, does it? LOL

Anyways, I'm totally kicking butt in my weight loss efforts these past couple of days. I have lost TWO pounds in about three days. Not bad, considering that with my thyroid issues I'm lucky if I lose 1/2 pound a week (the average for us hypothyroid lot).

Can you imagine how much I might have lost if I had exercised? I did that WITHOUT exercising. I think it's time to stop being lazy, because diet alone isn't gonna cut it.

What to say about herself? She did not know. In some ways she felt foolish, excited in others. She had never done this sort of thing before. Now was the time to take the risk. What’s the worse that could happen? Nervously, she hit the button. She was now part of the online dating world.

Armand was Priscilla’s first real boyfriend. Six months of bliss, or so she thought. Priscilla confronted Armand friends saw him kissing another girl. Big mistake. [Smack] She felt the force of his hand strike her head. She still wonders to this day why it took her another six months to get out of the relationship.

Well, here's one that's not all hearts and flowers. LOL O.K. abuse of any kind is not really a laughing matter, but I'm sure you know what I mean. This was a situation I was in as a teenager, but this could be anybody...even somebody you know right now. For me, I'm lucky that I got out of it in six months after the first time I was hit. I was much stronger and didn't let him take my self worth away. Most women, wait much longer. I've even heard of someone finally leaving after thirty years of abuse. Abusers will make you feel guilty (as mine did), that no one will want you, and worthless...you think if you can't make him love and want you, then no one will. I know it's hard when you've been held down so long, but I hope anyone anywhere in this situation finds their way out, including the men who are abused, too.

BTW This was the one and ONLY abusive relationship I'd ever been in.
