Trying to juggle home and a home business is like trying to juggle elephants and feathers, somethings always lacking, or a little out of whack.

Now, add college into the mixer and you add what? a wild dog into the mix of the juggle mix? Something always unexpected no matter how hard you work. Sort of like business.

Business from home is like a baby, as I see it. you nurture it, you love it, you want it to have friends, and play groups as it grows. Then there are the fussy moments and it is always needing changing. Something about it is growing with the times. But if you spend enough time with this child, nurture it, and love it, expand it out there like you want, Then it will come to love you back.

All the while, home is going nuts, as you have spent the majority of your time w/ the baby. Dinner, housekeeping, home life, your products overflowing everywhere, and a grumpy hubby to ask when is dinner when the weekends roll around.

It's serious tough stuff if you're dedicated to making your brain child roll w/ the flow. There's a balance in there, somewhere, just trying to find it is sometimes the difficult part. Keep on working at it, marketing, working on sales, and just simply believing that your child will grow up to be big and strong.

I can totally relate; I finally finished my Masters in 2006. I asked my 12-year old daughter, "What have you learned from all of this?" Her reply, "Get your Masters before you have kids! Juggling family, jobs, and school is VERY hard. I love your simile!! :)
