This is a french sponge cake, which has been brushed with melon-midori syrup and has fresh strawberry preserves. Frosted with banana scented marscapone cheese. Then mango syrup has been drizzled down the corners.On top is a chocolate spear balancing a chocolate grate, and a strawberry dipped in dark chocolate and finished with white chocolate. The plate decoration is piped tempered chocolate then filled with fruit syrups to create a stained glass effect. I made everything from scratch.
