I know all about weight loss. I've been there and back again, and again. After trying every diet and weight loss supplement, I finally had a gastric bypass in December 2001. I lost 90 pounds, gained much of the weight back with my first pregnancy, lost it, and gained more again during my second pregnancy. Now I'm losing the 2nd batch of pregnancy pounds.
