I believe that too many parents are taking sports way to serious, they are putting too much pressure on their kids and making it unenjoyable for the kids and other parents. We have all seen it, the concerned parent pacing the sideline harassing the coach for when HIS child is going to get in the game. There is nothing wrong with parents wanting to take an active role in their child's sport. In fact it is a good thing because it shows how much the parent cares for the child and wants them to succeed. They do however need to find a positive way to have an impact on their child's life/sports. I found this small website sportzu.tv that has nutrition tips and recipes. It is ideal for parents who want to be involved in better their child's performance on the field. Now parents can actually impact their child's performance by making sure they eat well. It also allows parents to feel like they are part of "the team" and they are helping their child. If parents could invest their energy for their child in a positive manner and not pacing up and down the sideline screaming than everyone would benefit. Most importantly the child and other parents will greatly appreciate no yelling by overzealous parents. For coaches the site has tons of videos of drills to run with your team.
