My last little snippet here about looking up Miley Cyrus lyrics reminded me of the angst I've kept bottled up about something.

I tried to get tickets for her concert in Philly, and you can only buy 4 tickets at a time. So, for a fun family night out, the only way to attend any concert is to split the family up, apparently. I looked for the Jonas Brothers...same thing.

Has anyone else noticed the larger your family gets, the more punished you are every time you try to organize any kind of time out of the house?

You wait longer at restaurants than smaller families.

You have to spend a gazillion dollars at hotels, because you know...max. occupancy for the room is 4.

And now I can cross off ever going to a concert with all of my family in tact.

I see some of you with 6 or 7 children (I just passed out typing that), so I can imagine how much harder you have it.

I guess I'll just have to sell one of my girls to the gypsies to make my life easier!

That's why my husband and I quit at two (even though I am one of nine). No long lines at restaurants, waiting for a big enough table, no sitting on laps in the car, no having to buy two washing machines... :)
