Hello All! I am LaTara Ham-Ying, a vegan cooking and natural living coach. I am a married woman with two boys at home and 4 step children. I even have a few grandchildren since marrying my man.

I am a true entrepreneur at heart with an online business that I am slowly taking offline as well. My site, Vegan Family Living, is all about cooking and following a vegan diet. I love cooking and have been doing it for 31 years now, thanks to mom and dad who taught me all I know.
