Hello all! I just landed here from planet DIGG and decided to share some of my travels.

A little backstory on some of the photos you see here:

The Ghost town of 248

There were so many towns built around this area, that no one remembered the names of some of the settlements, so they just numbered them. 248 is right outside of Terlingua Texas near Big Bend National Park.I loved the rainstorm that day and decided I had better grab a shot before it was too late.

If you go:

1. Don't destroy the structure by taking rocks.




2. Leave only footprints.




3. Take only pictures and memories.

watch out for the squatters.

4.Watch out for rattlesnakes. Seriously!

Blue Springs Park is by far one of the coolest springs I have ever been too. Check out my blog for an underwater video I made. Blue Springs has a Martian Like Landscape teeming with life.

Arizona has so many cool places. The clouds there are so surreal I am reminded of Salvidor Dali...

The Indian Petroglyphs are really cool. There are many artistic creations throughout Arizona. I have seen many of them and more are on my website...

I had plans to shoot the old town of Julian, California one day, but everyone was evacuated. Like most residents, I sat outside of the perimeter and just gazed at the magnitude of it all. I saw this nice mansion on a hill as the raging fire got closer and closer to it. It was spared from the fire.

Southern California has some amazing beach sunsets. I really enjoy living in California, but at times I do miss my home state of Texas.

Luchenbach Texas was neat. As the song suggests, I never got to see Waylon and Willie or Blues Eyes crying in the Rain. I found this old weeping tree outside of town though.

Death Valley is a neat place in spring...I loved it there. Be sure and go before the heat sets in(March April is good.

MArfa Texas and the whole western part of the sate is amazing. Marfa is where Giant was filmed and they still acknowledge James Dean and Rock Hudson there. James has his own room at the old hotel they stayed at in town.
