I'm trying to wrap my head around using office hours to hone my skills in various tools of social media. It's a stretch to say it should be in my job description, but my head says I've got responsibilities to know the landscape. After all, I'm in marketing, aren't I?

This is what keeps me up at night. On weekends. Until weeeeee hours of the morning. And sometimes weeknights. Because I give myself a whopping case of the guilties when I log in during the weekday.
