Hi. Trysh! The meaning of putting in "!important" (note the preceding exclamation point) is try not to let other places in the code override this parameter. For example, with 2 color lines in a row, the second line (loaded last into memory) overrides the first. Putting the !important into the first line should override the second. --- This can be useful when you want to prevent overriding an important parameter by accident elsewhere in the code.See http://www.yellowjug.com/web-design/the-importance-of-important-in-css/ for more info. Peace.

Read your tutorial, and checked it against what I did - and I did it the way you did. But, I have a question - what is the meaning of putting in "important"? I've not run into that before and don't know what the meaning of it is in the context of the background or any other part of a theme. Can you enlighten me? Thanks!!
