I see the various weight loss challenges about and am ready to dive in.
After our 2nd, and last, kid we are both in need of some "calibration"
Both our nutrisystem boxes arrived today. Ive heard mixed reviews. I have a coworker that was on it and lost massive weight in the first two weeks.

I do not have a huge amount to loose. Maybe 15 pounds. Im 5'7 ( ok.. 5'6 .5 ) and about 170lbs.
Its ALL gut. Pictures to follow on the blog and here as well.

Im back, probably momentarily unfortunately. Lots of work and family. Have #2 due in two days. The preperations were alot easier the second time. We are WAY ahead of the game but avoiding all the first mistakes actually takes more time.
Im finally back into the swing of things and then little LulaBell will be here.

I believe I was 20 when HUM released "Youd Prefer an Astronaut." I listened to that CD for days, weeks, months, years. Its sad and happy and slow and fast all at the same time.

Cadillac is using STARS ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rfbn3ieVUYU ) in their most recent ad and it brought that whole CD rushing back. I ran downstairs to the basment with my mind jumping from box to box before I even got down there to try and recall where it was stuffed.
I located it in 5 mins, popped it into the laptop and ripped it.
As it sits in my tray playing my mind cant help but drift back to a time that I cant decide between being better or worse.
In any event, thought Id share whatever Im walling in right now.
Very happy, very nostalgic and currently in a cocoon of memories.

My son told me today he is too big for hugs(3). I about cried.

"Your never too big for hugs! When you are as big as daddy you can still get hugs. And ILL HUG YOU!"

"o.k. ... but when Im as big as you.. I cant sit on your lap anymore.."

"You can still sit on my lap when your as big as daddy. If you want.." :(
