I'm a stay at home Mom, who runs a cake business out of my house. I love both wouldn't ever give up either "job". I am a former fulltime chef. Trained as Chef de Tournade, (means I know every aspect i the kitchen) but ended up as a Pastry chef. I love to be creative. Anything I can do to keep my hands busy, is good enough. Knitting, crocheting, playing with fondant and gumpaste, If I don't have to sit to still to do it, I'm sold. I love to entertain and party. Good wine, and assorted mixed drinks make my evening....along with fanstastic food and some fun friends and family. I could go either direction...way into the whole family/motherhood thing, or completely into partying, without my kids and still having a great time. I could spend whole weekends just cooking and baking, and I'm in my glory. Give me a fantastic book to read and THAT I can sit still for. I love to meet new people.
