One of my blog friends invited me to cre8Buzz (you know who you are!), and though I signed up last week (I think) I'm just now getting around to answering messages and getting settled in.

Wow. How do you define yourself? I'm from Midland, Texas. I'm a believer, a wife, a mom of two sons, and a "oilfield kind of gal", owner of two German Shorthair Pointers. I'm a sales manager who loves to hunt game; I'm a Big Sister in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

I love fund-raising, can pull off a huge event at the drop of a hat, and am one of few women in a men-dominated industry.

I'm a perpetual smart-alec, but I have a huge heart and love people.

I'm glad to be here, and I'm wayyyy blessed by the warm welcome I've already received. If you've been here, left a comment, and I've not yet responded, please know that it's late and I've not quite figured out all the knobs and whistles yet. But "I'm fixin' to", I promise!!
