Married for 24 years, my husband and I recently sent our only child off to college.

I started The Empty Nest Blog as a way of coping with our newly quiet home and discovered that I really enjoyed blogging. The Empty Nest changed from a place for me to vent to a place to post resources and ideas for other college parents.

My second blog is called It's Something to Do. I search out interesting TV shows, websites, and movies, and post reviews and commentary.
