VINTAGE VICTORIAN HOME BUILT CIRCA 1897 IN THE ST ANDREWS BAY AREA OF PANAMA CITY, FL
It's one of those homes you drive past for years wondering who the lucky family is that lives there. A huge corner lot located less than a block from the sparkling waters of beautiful St Andrews Bay in the downtown area.

At Christmastime you almost expect Norman Rockwell to be sitting on the front porch with paint brush and canvas at hand. Candles in every window (lots of windows) and festive greenery and wreaths with red bows surround the nearly 2600 square feet of this historic home.

Each bedroom has its own personality from the child's room with teddy bears, baby dolls, and tea sets to the feminine little girl's room with gingham wallpaper, lace bedspread, and porcelain dolls.
