That lyric just seems to fit everything going on this week and weekend.

I'm going to be more AWOL than usual--my boyfriend was taken to the hospital by ambulance early Saturday morning. He's there still--no idea how long he'll stay and they're doing bunches of tests to find out why he collapsed. We do know it's not his heart or another dangerous illness, but he's still very weak and needs to be watched 24 hours a day til the doc gets to the bottom of things.
