So, having had a moan a my first blog entry, I thought I would write a more informative blog entry for you to read.

This cre8buzz blog is the fourth blog I have written to now; Yahoo360 (got annoyed with it and stopped), SheyMouse's Photoblog (my main blog), Mouse's Musings (sister blog to my photoblog), and this one. I'm not sure what direction this blog will take yet, so watch this space.

I really enjoy blogging about photography (although I probably don't do it frequently enough!). I have always been fascinated by images and the story behind them. One of the main purposes of my blogs (particularly SheyMouse's Photoblog), is to tell the story behind the image. These stories vary from what was happening when the image was taken, or why I felt the image should be taken.

My aim with cre8buzz is to get more people viewing my photos and hopefully feeding back on what they think of the photo. This can be from a compositional (technical) point of view, or from a pictorial (emotional) point of view. So, don't be afraid to comment on my photos. I try to give measured comments on photos I view, and would expect nothing less from you, my fellow cre8-ers.

So, I've joined cre8buzz, and decided to upload some of my photos. The first one chosen was a picture of a tower to the entrance to one of the docks in Liverpool. I couldn't remember which one, so I went to my usual haunt, Flick World Map.
To my horror, Flickr has changed their world map in such a way that it is unusable. One used to be able to zoom into a place. Now all you get is a photo line across a third of the page and a unnavigable map. As a result, the photo of the tower overlooking the docks isn't accurately described. Grrrrr.
Don't use it for a while is my advice.
