I like the layering effect over most of the image but I'm not sure about the flame, it looks a little lumpy and not fluid.

It's an interesting approach, that results in the impression of layers in the candle. The colours give a warm feel. The high contrast between the candle and the black background makes the candle stand out, but the large black area below the candle makes it appear to float in nothing. I like the movement in the flame.

Like the effect here giving the candle layers. Strong contrast. Like the sense of movement with the flame and the way it reflects on the glass. Makes me wonder if candle is scented... in what context the candle is being used etc. Nice work.
