Originally from The East Coast, I worked as an Option Trader at the Philadephia Stock Exchange, a Commodity Broker, and also as an estimator for a commercial construction firm prior to becoming a Realtor. I do not take overpriced listings as I feel this is just compounding the problem of high inventory we currently have in todays market.
