To be honest, I'm glad to see you haven't totally abandoned the w8losswednesday title. That's cool. The viewer mail was great and you're right...the stability ball is a must. Thanks for mentioning the stability ball. Now I need to go out and get one. I'm thinking you didn't lose as much this week because you;ve probably gained muscle with the wieght lifting you've been doing. Possible? Another great PG production.
