It doesn't matter if you are doing a video, audio, blog entry or nothing. But if you are living the spirit of W8 Loss Wednesdays and trying to shed some poundage as we travel through this new year we need to know about it.
Please check in on this blog entry with how much you have lost since W8 Loss Wednesday has started and then come back next Wednesday and post an update.
I had the idea that it could be cool if we were able to put a number to the running tally of The Buzz' aggregate weight loss.
Get the word out to others who you know are on board and we will make some noise!

I'm not really "doing" a weight loss program, just trying to control myself a little, but I would like to drop a total of 20 lbs before April 1. I've lost 4 so far but I'm kind of hit-and-miss on really working at it. It doesn't help that I don't really have a plan for doing it. So, if you see a lurker around your W8 Loss Wednesday posts, don't panic--it's me, trying to learn something.
