I live and and work in Southern California, where I've lived my entire life. Although I grew up 40 miles inland near the mountains, which I still love, it seems I always end up in a shoreline environment. I went to college at UC Santa Barbara back when it was a small and local community on the ocean, and here I've been in Long Beach for over 30 years living once again close to the shoreline.

Residential real estate seemed to be the next step in a merger of my previous experiences both in the legal assistant field and in the clinical help profession of music therapy. After 12 years plus in this field, it's been a great teacher of persistence, planning and yes, counseling and education of clients. I'm a broker associate and e-PRO Realtor active in my local Board of Realtors.
