Wow you have your very own studio audience! I hope that by the time I get to 18 episodes I too will have a loyal following like that ;) I'm liking the variety show format. Something for everyone -- except the sparrows of course. And thanks for the props! I'm starting the Buff Dad program this week too. Let's see if we can make it work for us.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the presentation here. The voice over on the weigh in and martin and peony cam. fwiw, either it's a regional thing or maybe I just say it different, but I pronounce peony as: pee-a-knee. How do you feel? You look good. How about this.... I am assuming you have a copy of Buff Dad on the way. When we get it, let's give it the old college try. It's a 4 week program I guess.... what do you say, let's give the book/program a test drive.
