Does it seem like I am preoccupied with numbers? I am to some extent. Numbers represent results. To determine where or not a team wins depends on who got the highest (or lowest) number. Numbers tell us if we are healthy or not (high cholestrol/low cholestrol). And numbers give us boundaries to live in (am I driving too fast? What's the speed limit...oh, 35).
After one year, when I started my blog, Creating Content, I have had 2500 visitors. This may seem like a small numbers when compared to the many bloggers who are much better at blogging than I am. But I see this as a great start. Now I have a baseline from which to gauge future results. That works out to about 208 hits a month. What if I could double that 312. What would it take to increase hits by 50% a month? I'll bet I know some cre8buzzers out there who would know the answer to that question, or have some good advice.

I know what you mean about preoccupation with numbers...I do that too. It helps me guage, tweak, focus on goals....it is a tangible representation of efforts made...that is why I like Cre8Buzz so much...It helps to see who particpates more active on the internet than someone else. I wold then tend to explore what the active person is up to because I may find some golden nuggets of interest. I also may possibly count more on seeing more info from them in the future...
