Today I ran across a blog written by a guy who went on a 84 Day Fat loss program. In this 84 days, he took a picture of himself everyday...and the transofmration is amazing. Very impressive. You can check out the photos on Youtube or at Adam Waters' blog, RTP-blog.com.
