Ok, so I'm getting in my car at the starbucks in Vail and I realize just how busy the very small parking lot is. I put my car in reverse and wait,.....hmm-and wait. as I wait patiently for one of the two cars behind me fighting for my space, I decide to write a blog post.

How many times have you flipped your turn signal up or down to change lanes only to find not a single car wants to let you in-your exit is right around the corner. Then when you do decide to take matters into your own hands and just make your move, the cars around you seem utterly shocked!

So back to my Starbucks story. When are we all going to realize life is about taking turns. Somtimes this means knowing when to get out of the way and allow someone in. How over time have we become a society who feel they own the lane they are in or the parking spot "they saw first?" clearly change begins with each of us. Next time you are out and about, let the guy in who needs in,give the next guy the parking space. I guarantee you will have far less anxiety by "letting it go".
