If you are using Feedburner for your blog feed, you can use Feedflare in the optimize section to add links at the bottom of the post in the feed.

In the Personal FeedFlare section you can add the URL for third party FeedFlares. If you add the following and tick it for feed:

http://www.feedburner.com/fb/variableflareunits/GenericFeedFlare.jspx?text=Join%20the%20Buzz&link=http://www.cre8buzz.com

you will have a link to Cre8Buzz with the text Join the Buzz

(you have to copy all the way to the end of the line including //www.cre8buzz.com)
