Magical! I must admit that I rather like the snuffer, it adds another depth and allows the imagination to to wander. I also like the glow, it does add that sense of movement... and really brings the whole photograph together.

The reflections and refractions plus the halo around the flames really make this special.

The red candle light rings add to this great shot. The flames are almost surreal in their bright symmetry. There a good contrast to the black background which makes the flames really stand out. I would say that the candles stick adds interest, but also draws your eye up it out of the shot.

I like the contrast.. the reflection and the loops below are enhancing the beauty of the already fine pic. The loops especially give it a great effect. Well captured.

The thing in the background behind the flames isn't a snuffer - its the bottom of a brass candle stick. I just felt the shot needed something interesting behind the candles.

I like the interwining rings, the snuffer in the background shows how close a snuffer is to the flame, I don't the maybe it was all an experiment but it speaks to me of life, marriage, relationships, and the closeness of death. The whole circle of life so to speak
