We had some visitors in our garden this morning, and I was lucky enough to catch them with my camera.

First, my little girl spotted a squirrel sitting "in" our bird table.

He helped himself to some nuts and seeds that were on the table, then then hoped up onto the wall, before running along the fence and disappearing into the bushes at the bottom of the garden.

Some people regard these squirrels as pests, but we don't get visits from them often enough for them to be unwelcome.

A little later spotted some birds feeding in our little tree - I managed to get this really clear picture of a blue-tit, one of our native birds here in UK.

And finally, while I was watching the blue-tits, and hoping to get another picture of them, a Black Bird settled on the edge of our bird bath and posed for me.
