Egg Nog:

Ingredients:

6 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups milk
2 cups light rum
2 cups whipping cream

Directions:

Beat yolks with a whisk until light in color and increased in volume.
Add sugar and mix well.
Whisk in milk and rum. Mix well
Chill for at least 3 hours.
One hour before serving, whip cream and stir into chilled mixture. Return to refrigerator for an hour.
