I got these great heirloom tomatoes and other salad ingredients, and my bf [the salad master] composed them. When I saw how gorgeous it was looking, I snapped this macro!

I am not a fan of avocado at all! However, in this picture, I would almost be tempted to taste! The sprouts are definitely a great juxtaposition (of texture) next to the smoothness of the avocado. WHOOHOO - I got to use the word juxtaposition...lol! Great picture!
