I see it took less than 24 hours of beta testing for copyrighted MP3 files to show up in the "Top Ranked Audio" section on the front page.

Of course, these aren't going to turn up on the RIAA's radar while Cre8Buzz is in beta, and I suspect the users who uploaded them did so in the interests of testing rather than willful infringement. Nonetheless, it would be a good idea to have some clear warnings in place to remind users only to upload content they are allowed to distribute.
