1/4 tsp. active dry yeast (buy in bulk from Costco!)
1 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

Mix in a bowl:
2 cups   Baking Mix
¼ cup    shredded cheese (cheddar)
¼ cup    grated parmesan cheese
½ tablespoon     oregano
 
Mix ingredients.  Add enough water to make dough.
Turn onto counter and knead for about one minute.
